Effective date: October 20, 2026. Tindahan Manager (“the app”, available at this website) is operated by Ninja Tech, contact: ninjatech.devsupport@gmail.com.
Information you enter: product names, prices, stock counts, sales, and customer records for your utang ledger (names, optional phone numbers, amounts, notes). If you sign in with Google, we also receive your Google account email address and a unique account ID.
By default, all data stays on your own device. If you sign in, a copy of your store data is backed up to our cloud database (Supabase) so you can restore it on another phone. Each account can only read and write its own backup.
Only to run the app: sign-in, backup, and restore. We do not sell your data, show ads, or share it with third parties, except the service providers that host the app and database (Supabase, and Google for sign-in).
Names and phone numbers you enter about your customers belong to you. Please collect only what you need and use it only for managing your store. The SMS reminder feature opens your phone’s messaging app; the app does not send messages itself.
Local data stays until you delete it. Cloud data stays until you delete your account. In the app, go to Ulat → Cloud backup → “Burahin ang account at cloud data” to permanently delete your account and cloud backup. You can also email us at ninjatech.devsupport@gmail.com to request deletion.
You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, object to its processing, and file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and protected by per-user access rules. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your own backups.
The app is not directed to children under 13.
We will update this page when the policy changes and revise the effective date.
